With a Tannery Bronze(R) finish and Sunrise Marble Glass, this fan is a wonderful addition to the Kichler Cortez(TM) Collection. The 5, 52in. blades are pitched 14 degrees and are reversible with Walnut and Cherry finishes. The 172mm x 20mm Motor will provide the quiet power you need. The integrated uplight uses 4 15-watt C-7 bulbs (included). This fan comes complete with a pull chain (3 speeds forward and reverse) and 6in. and 12in. (1in. O.D.) downrods. The optional bowl light kit (380007TZ) uses 3 40-watt B-10 bulbs.

The Kichler 300113TZ Cortez 52-Inch Ceiling Fan adds grace and style to just about any interior design with its scroll-work grid on the integrated sunrise marble glass uplight, and the diamond shaped blade arms. The 300113TZ can be used to complement a family room or great room with the rich mission copper finish and the reversible teak/lipple blades as the focal point, or placed above your dining room table, instead of the traditional chandelier, using one of the optional light kits designed for this ceiling fan as well as the added benefits of air movement. The 300113TZ measures with a 52-Inch blade sweep and a 14 Degree blade pitch. This fan uses only 74-watt of electricity on high speed, pushes 6281-cubic feet per minute, and 84-cubic feet per minute per-watt. This is sold one per package and comes complete with five coordinating blades, a 4-Inch downrod, a 12-Inch downrod, an integrated uplight (four 15-watt E12 base C7 incandescent bulbs included), and a pull chain to operate all the fan functions. An optional wall control (337010WH) can be purchased separately for ease of operation if higher ceilings are an issue, or if you just desire the convenience. Height of this ceiling fan is adjustable using shorter or longer downrods which can be bought separately. The coordinating down light is also available to purchase separately (380007TZ). In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18-Inch from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7-feet above the floor. This fixture is UL listed for a hardwire connection in a dry location. Most of the Kichler Decor ceiling fans includes a CoolTouch Control System and coordinating lighting.
