I woke up one morning craving pancakes, but was confronted with a rather empty fridge of just eggs, which led me to think: “What if you could crack an egg over the griddle, but instead of getting a fried egg, you’d get a gourmet pancake. What if making pancakes could be that easy?”
What makes your product special?
Before Birch Benders came along, pancakes were stuck in the dark ages. The organic mixes were WAY too expensive and the convenience mixes were filled with junk. We wanted to the perfect pancake with the convenience of just adding water.
